

WHAT IS COACHING
Coaching is a process of certain development in the area chosen by the client. It is based on a conversation and questions between a certified coach and his client who wants to solve a problem. The coach listens to the client and helps him make confident decisions based on his goals and dreams.
Coaching is not therapy, but a trusting, unbiased and, most importantly, supportive partnership, thanks to which the client can further develop and move forward on their journey through life. This type of cooperation can be a catalyst to get out of a stuck point in life.
My coaching sessions are in the form of two packages - for 2 or 6 months.
